Leeds United supporters have an early start to their FA Cup fourth-round weekend as Elland Road hosts Championship rivals Millwall at the unusual time of 12:15pm
Leeds United host Millwall at Elland Road on Saturday for the first of two times in the next five-and-a-half weeks when they meet this weekend in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
But despite last March's fixture in LS11 kicking off at the traditional 3pm time, that is not the case this weekend. As when Leeds last visited south-east London on the weekend, it is again an early start for both supporters this Saturday. That is the same time Leyton Orient welcome Manchester City to Brisbane Road live on the BBC, but 15 minutes before Sky shows Sunderland host Watford in the Championship. The decision is said to be on police advice, reports The Telegraph.
This weekend's is more in line with Championship allocations, with Leeds having 2,022 tickets for the league meeting in November. Millwall boss Alex Neil had his say on the prospect of facing the Championship leaders, who were beaten 1-0 by Millwall in that November meeting."I know we beat Leeds this season already, but they're a talented team, there's no question about it. "They're top of the league for a reason.
