Nicola Sturgeon should drop plans to take UK ministers to court for blocking gender reforms because it will damage the Scottish independence cause, Alex Salmond has said
through a Section 35 order, a power that had never previously been deployed.
Attacking Ms Sturgeon’s handling of the issue, Mr Salmond said she had been “reduced to incoherence” after“That is a sign that there’s something wrong with the legislation that the Scottish Government has passed,” he told the BBC’s“I’m not against reform of gender recognition.
