Legal & General has unveiled its proposals for a mixed use development in Bristol's Temple Quarter and St Philips area. The former train diesel depot site, vacant since 1995, will be transformed into a high-quality public realm with office buildings, homes, shops, cafes, and riverside walking routes. The company has sought public input to shape the design of the project.

Legal & General, who have put the proposals forward, have revealed artist's impressions of what they're hoping to build as part of the wider Temple Quarter and St Philips regeneration.The site, which was formerly used as a train diesel depot, has been vacant since 1995.

Ben Rodgers, Head of Regeneration for L&G, said the company is using consultations with the public to shape their plans for the space.
