Leicester City boss Enzo Maresca has downplayed the significance of Friday night's clash against fellow promotion hopefuls Leeds United
Leicester City's much-hyped first-versus-third clash against Leeds United is merely another chance to pick three points for Foxes boss Enzo Maresca. Daniel Farke brings his Whites side to the King Power Stadium on Friday night for what is one of the most eagerly-awaited Championship matches of the season.
Plenty of eyes will be on the televised Friday night clash between two sides who are looking to bounce straight back to the Premier League, but for all the hyperbole surrounding the contest, Maresca played it down during his Thursday afternoon pre-match press conference."It’s a special night, for sure, for the fans," he said. "It’s a special night for us because it’s a game.
Maresca added that he sees Leeds' pace as one of their key threats and opened up on what that means for his side's style of play.
