has insisted Leicester City will give themselves the best chance of fighting through their financial woes by achieving promotion back to the Premier League., the 66-year-old – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs – claimed the Foxes will have a bigger “buffer” under Profitability and Sustainability Rules if they go up.
