BREAKING: Leicester set to be first city in 'local lockdown' (here's what that will look like)
Unfortunately, for one city, Leicester, this isn't the case – and it's believed that it could be the first place to experience a 'local lockdown'. Since 23 June, there have been 866 positive cases recorded in the city .the government has recommended current restrictions are maintained there for a further fortnight.
