An Evening with Jurgen Klopp will celebrate Klopp's nine years at the club
A two-word message to Jurgen Klopp greeted thousands of Liverpool fans at the M&S Bank Arena tonight.
Fans have been making their feelings known to Klopp for months and many were overcome with emotion during his final game at Anfield on May 19. The Reds beat Wolves 2-0 but the day belonged to Klopp as he bid an emotional goodbye to the Kop. The evening also contained performances from Liverpool bands, Lightning Seeds and The Zutons. Fans walking into the arena were greeted with a message to Jurgen Klopp as they took their seats.
The event started on an emotional note as classical singer, Alfie Boe arrived on stage, to perform a moving rendition of You'll Never Walk Along. The thousands in attendance united in song to give the iconic manager a special send off that will live long in the memory.
