Jurgen Klopp will say farewell to the club on Sunday, while his side are expected to wear their new kit for the first time
Liverpool FC are expected to debut their new kit for the 2024/25 season against Wolves this weekend. The Premier League tie on Sunday , marks the Reds’ final game of the season and manager Jurgen Klopp ’s final game in charge.
Liverpool are expected to don their new kit for the first time ahead of the game after it was officially released on Thursday. Available to buy from the LFC Store and Nike, the new kit is said to be a ‘modern remix’ of the club’s legendary 1984 shirt, worn during a season that saw them lift the European Cup for the fourth time and become the first English club to win a treble.
The game will also see Alisson sporting the new black goalkeeper kit, should he play. Speaking on the new kit launch, captain Virgil Van Dijk said he loves the ‘retro design’ of the home jersey. There are two versions of the club’s new jersey, the Stadium/Authentic shirt – which is ‘inspired’ by what the players wear – and the Match/Replica shirt – which offers an ‘authentic’ design and the same look worn by the players. The Mens Home Stadium shirt is available from the LFC Store for £80 and Nike for £84.99, while the Match version comes in at £125 and £124.99 from LFC and Nike respectively.
