Ipswich have signed forward Liam Delap from Manchester City in a deal which could be worth up to £20m.The 21-year-old, the son of former Stoke midfielder Rory, is the newly-promoted Premier League club's fourth signing of the summer.
"The manager here likes to play exciting football. It's quick and intense and I am looking forward to that," Delap told theDelap made two appearances for City in the Premier League and spent last season on loan with Hull in the Championship, scoring eight goals in 32 appearances. McKenna said Delap has the "qualities to help the team this season" and will be "an important player for the club for many years to come".
