After months of speculation, yesterday Oasis finally confirmed their first official support act of the eagerly-anticipated comeback tour.
However, following yesterday's announcement, which was largely met with a positive fan reaction, frontman Liam Gallagher felt compelled to address his followers on social media following some criticism. It followed an earlier exchange where on X user called the Ashcroft confirmation the 'least surprising news ever' and added they hoped Oasis 'give some new artists the chance as well'.
