Saturday Night Live took aim the Gallagher brothers this weekend Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher has hit back following last night’s episode of Saturday Night Live – in which one sketch took aim at the rock icons to mixed reception online. In this weekend’s instalment of the long-running USA variety show, comedians James Austin Johnson and Sarah Sherman appeared on its Weekend Update section as Britpop icons Liam and Noel Gallagher.
‘I’ve seen the SNL Oasis sketch and it just confirms the USA is teetering on the brink of being a failed state,’ said MrChris_T. ‘That SNL oasis sketch is the unfunniest thing i’ve seen all day and my dad has already told me 5 jokes,’ said tnybmbi.
