Former One Direction star Liam Payne cancelled his South American tour after revealing that he had a health scare with a serious kidney infection in the run up to his concert dates
Weeks after taking a break from the limelight to focus on his health, Liam Payne has been spotted exploring Northern Ireland.
The 30-year-old told his fans that he had been in hospital for a week and was advised by doctors that he needed to rest and recover. They posted on Facebook: "Welcome and Service Assistant, Josh, was over the moon yesterday when he spotted One Direction star, Liam Payne! While the details of the show he is reportedly filming have not been revealed yet, fans have noticed Liam travelling around in a camper van.
