The 31-year-old singer, who died in October after falling from the third-floor balcony of a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, was confirmed to have died of 'polytrauma', the inquest opening heard. The hearing, which Buckinghamshire Coroner's Court said was held on 17 December, was told it may take 'some time' to establish how Payne died.
