LibDem boss Jo Swinson begs Jeremy Corbyn to drop his bid to head a crisis government
Jeremy Corbyn was formally begged by Liberal Democrat leader Jo Swinson to give up on his bid to be PMcould command the confidence of the Commons as PM - and he should make way for a caretaker.
“You have said you will do anything to avoid a No Deal, I hope you are open to a discussion about how conceding this point may open the door to a no confidence vote succeeding.”
