The total solar eclipse is just days away and so is Light Out in the Land. 19 News and the Lake Erie Crushers are taking the dugout together for this interactive watch party.
“There is going to be so much to do and see here,” says Jami Kinton-Sluss a Host with Fusion Live.From activities on the concourse, a stage filled with live entertainment, and the Crushers are inviting everyone down to the field to take in the total solar eclipse.
“We are going to have tons of stuff for the kids. A huge show with us at fusion live, but we also have donuts and the concourse will be open with all the food vendors up there. Of course we are going to have bounce houses, face painters, glitter artists,” says Kinton-Sluss.“We hope that people do pick up a sweatshirt. We also have t-shirts and of course we’ve got these really cool hats.
“We could not be more grateful to partner with Channel 19. Channel 19 is going to be broadcasting here all day long, so it is exciting to be able to see them here as well,” says Kinton-Sluss.“I am just looking forward to celebrating such an incredible event with thousands of people from all over the world hopefully that are coming to hang out with us for the day,” says Kinton-Sluss.
