Maya tells of behind the scenes fun, even when they cut her character's throat
TV star Maya Sondhi only realised how popular Line Of Duty had become the morning after her character was brutally murdered on it. Suspended PC Maneet Bindra had her throat cut and was left to bleed to death on a jetty in the shocking first episode ending of the BBC One drama's latest series, just released on DVD."From the next day on, people kept coming up to me in the street and making a cutting sign across their necks," Maya laughs.
