The live-action Minecraft movie has its first teaser trailer and an official title. Check out its first footage of the Jason Momoa movie.
The official title for the Minecraft movie is, quite fittingly, A Minecraft Movie. Starring Jason Momoa and Jack Black, Warner Bros. and Legendary will release the film in theaters on April 4, 2025.

Four misfits—Garrett “The Garbage Man” Garrison , Henry , Natalie , and Dawn —find themselves struggling with ordinary problems when they are suddenly pulled through a mysterious portal into the Overworld: a bizarre, cubic wonderland that thrives on imagination.
