LIVE: Amazon Prime Day 2022 - best deals including cheap Echo Dot with clock and more affiliate
2022 is a matter of days away and shoppers are gearing up for one of the biggest sales events of the year. Taking place on July 12 and 13 in the UK, the 48-hour event is an important day in the Amazon calendar.
The day is the second biggest sale event of the year for the online retailer, behind Black Friday in November, and returns to its mid-July slot for the first time in a couple of years, following the coronavirus pandemic. The sale will likely see Amazon reduce the price of everything from its own Echo and Echo Dot devices to vacuum cleaners and air fryers.
Amazon typically launches daily deals alongside quickfire 'Lightning' deals that last for a couple of hours or until the product sells out. There are expected to be tens of thousands of discounts across the event which will last 48 hours.Shoppers will be able to take part in the event but in order to get the best discounts they will need to sign up to Amazon Prime. Only Prime members can get the very best discounts and exclusive deals.
