He's being sentenced for murder
Ramsdale has been jailed for 42 months for robbery. It will run concurrently to the sentence of murder.
The judge said: "By 4am you left the flat and went to a Jet garage where the card used by Bradley Wall was used to buy various items. When you returned you dropped further slabs on his body and made further attempt to set his body alight." The judge said: "As he lay in the stairwell you decided - in your own phrase - to 'finish him off.' You said you were being investigated for the early robbery and you decided his life was of less value than you being investigated for an earlier robbery.
"You embellished this vile lie but saying the police knew he was a paedophile. You said these things as you were not prepared to admit why you killed him to your father but was prepared to tell him how you killed him. He said: "In the days before you killed Bradley wall you began to turn from theft to robbery in order to obtain funds for drugs and you have a substantial record for inquisitive crime and your history for violence is limited."
"You will never be forgiven and by that token, you will never be forgotten. Your treatment of Bradley is beyond barbaric, it was vile, atrocious and inhumane and placed more value on the possessions he had and not on another human being.Sophie CorcoranSharon said: "No one deserves to die the way Bradley did - alone, in fear and in pain and suffering for a long time, knowing no one was coming to help him and he was going to die.
