The M62 has had two lanes shut near to Hartshead Moor services
Early reports of major disruption on theIt follows a crash on the westbound carriage of the West Yorkshire motorway. The closures are in place just before Hartshead Moor services and traffic is backing up for five miles.
The congestion currently stretched back to Junction 27 to the M621 at Gildersome, Leeds. Drivers are warned that it is currently adding a further 20 minutes onto their journey.Our traffic management alert system Inrix states: "Two lanes closed and queueing traffic for five miles due to accident on M62 Westbound before Hartshead Moor Services.
