You can access the waiting room through the link in your email confirming your access code - however make sure you're signed into your AXS or Ticketmaster account first. With many fans having had success in last week's presale, some are now confused as to how many tickets they're allowed to purchase in total.
Ticketmaster previously warned that orders may be cancelled if multiple orders associated with the same email address or payment method are found to have been made.
