A Liverpool club has launched a new premium pole fitness studio that offers women of all abilities a place to get fit and increase their self-confidence
.
The studio is now open, with classes taking place from Monday to Friday. One to one coaching is also available for those looking to challenge themselves.Owned by Amy Gwynn, the female entrepreneur behind Rude, Rude Girl Studio is aiming to give participants confidence whilst creating a community of like-minded and motivated women. Classes are for over 18s only.
"It was important for me to keep the studio very much in line with the famous Rude Girl decor as this really is an extension of the values we have created within the club. I believe the studio is beautifully designed with the great knowledge of a dancer's needs.
