Darwin Nunez marked the international break with two assists after his Liverpool influence
Darwin Nunez has carried on his Liverpool form on the international stage with Uruguay but he could be in the cold for their upcoming clash with Ecuador.
Nunez returned to the starting line-up for Jurgen Klopp's side against Aston Villa - following his match-winning brace against Newcastle United completed the comeback. According to AS, despite his role in the win over Chile, Nunez could be set for a place on the bench against Felix Sanchez's side. Marcelo Bielsa reportedly handed Cristian Olivera, of LAFC, a starting bib during training, which formed as part of a tactical variation at the Liverpool striker's expense.
