Former Premier League referee Dermot Gallagher has dismissed suggestions of refereeing bias in light of David Coote's suspension. The decision was made after a video emerged on social media appearing to show the official launching an expletive-laden rant at Liverpool and former manager Jurgen Klopp . The footage seems to show the FIFA match referee calling the tactician a 'German c**t' as well as labelling the Reds as 's**t' .
In light of the storm that the footage has caused, Sky Sports asked Gallagher whether the incident will fuel the belief of some supporters that there is an agenda against clubs, he responded: 'I refereed for 46 years, and most of my decisions are based on instinct; you have a knowledge of the laws of the game, the experience that you built up over the years.
