The 2024 Women’s Football Awards, sponsored by SHEIN, takes place in Mayfair on Thursday 30th May
Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher will co-host the 2024 Women’s Football Awards in London on Thursday alongside broadcaster Eni Aluko and Real Madrid superstar Caroline Weir.
Launched in 2023 by Carragher and Aluko, the awards are the first publicly-voted ceremony to recognise all levels of the game, from grassroots greatness to superstar players. Dame Kelly Holmes, Gemma Owen, Katherine Ryan, Lianne Sanderson and Adele Roberts are amongst the football-mad famous faces expected to attend, while Liverpool manager Matt Beard is nominated for Manager of the Year after the Reds recorded an impressive top-four finish in the Women’s Super League.
Former Everton and Liverpool defender Conor Coady is a judge on the Women’s Football Awards judging panel, while Liverpool midfielder Missy Bo Kearns was named Young Player of the Year at the inaugural event in 2023.
