Condé Nast Traveller has compiled a list of the best restaurants in the UK, including Liverpool's NORD. Led by executive chef Daniel Heffy, NORD offers a culinary style described as "Travelled British". The restaurant pays homage to local traditions while incorporating global influences.
A Liverpool restaurant on the ground floor of a city centre office block has been named one of the best in the country. Condé Nast Traveller has complied a list a list of the very best restaurants, based on the opinions of food critics, chefs and writers across the country. The list is made up of 23 restaurants, scattered across the UK, including Liverpool 's very own NORD .
NORD, in The Plaza building off Old Hall Street, is led by executive chef Daniel Heffy, from Liverpool, who is known for having worked in Michelin star restaurants across the world, including in Stockholm. The restaurant's culinary style is described as "Travelled British" as it pays homage to local traditions while incorporating global influences inspired by Chef Daniel's travels.
