Video shared with The Sun shows people moving quickly to get out of one of the upper entrances, before gathering outside.He said there was "plenty of confusion" and it wasn't until he finally got onto his train later that the announcer said it was due to a " suspicious package ".He said he arrived at Liverpool Street after work at around 6.15pm and within 10 or 15 minutes the disruption started.
