While posing for photographers, the social media star, 27, took a few steps down the carpet before falling backward to the floor. Despite the awkward moment, Koshy kept her cool and got back on her feet with the help of of two people nearby, who helped her stand up and situated her dress. In footage from the red carpet, fans can see just how tricky her shoes are for the occasion as they not only have a platform bottom, but also a tall stiletto heel. Paired with the mermaid silhouette of her dress -- including the tightness at the knee -- and flared skirt, Koshy's look was far from the easiest to maneuver down the carpet.
