They wanted to change their direct debit details but were left questioning if the form was legitimate

A Lloyds Bank client aired concerns over if an online bank form was real due to some basic errors. Having noticed the issues, they approached the bank for clarity over X, questioning: 'I'm just about to change my direct debit details for my mortgage, is this a legitimate page with Lloyds? 'I'm only asking as the phone number box only allows 10 digits maximum and there is a spelling mistake at the bottom.

' In a separate incident, another individual reached out to the bank in a moment of crisis, as they had lost access to their funds whilst overseas. They had tried to get help using the online chat feature but had not had a response for several hours, so they turned to X for assistance. The bank reassured the customer that the online messaging team would have access to their account details and so would be able to provide help.
