A Logan police officer shot and killed a man on Wednesday after the man shot at police, officers said.
One of the officers shot the man. Despite lifesaving efforts, he died at the scene. Two officers suffered minor injuries; they were treated at a hospital for “non-life-threatening injuries” and released.The officer who fired the shots has been placed on paid administrative leave while the Northern Utah Critical Incident Protocol Team investigates the shooting.
