The London Clinic boss has broken his silence following reports of an alleged data breach involving Princess Kate . The chief executive of the London Clinic , where the Princess of Wales was treated earlier this year, has said all appropriate investigatory, regulatory and disciplinary steps will be taken when looking at alleged data breach es.
The London clinic's chief executive, Al Russell, said in a statement: “Everyone at the London Clinic is acutely aware of our individual, professional, ethical and legal duties with regards to patient confidentiality. “We take enormous pride in the outstanding care and discretion we aim to deliver for all our patients that put their trust in us every day.” It comes as the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) continues its probe into what has been described as a 'major security breach' that allegedly took place while Kate was in for abdominal surgery in January.
