London secured a rare victory in the GAA Division Four, defeating Wicklow in a closely contested match. The Exiles bounced back from a heavy loss to Wexford, while Wicklow paid the price for a lack of match fitness after their opening round was cancelled due to Storm Eowyn.

Wicklow boss Oisin McConville believes that his side paid a price for being idle on the opening weekend as London scored a rare victory in Ruislip.

Wicklow now face Waterford next Saturday in the rearranged Division Four round one tie which fell victim to Storm Eowyn. Having only dropped down from Division Three last year, the margin for error in their promotion push is largely diminished.
