The lone survivor of a fatal mushroom lunch has farewelled his wife after recently being released from hospital.
Heather Wilkinson was one of four people served a beef wellington pie suspected to have contained toxic death cap mushrooms at a family lunch in Leongatha in Victoria on July 29.
