The Royal Alexandra Hotel on Albert Road is on the market in the seaside town
A hotel in Blackpool is on the market in a central location and it could be yours for just over £2m.
The Royal Alexandra Hotel on Albert Road is an 89-bed hotel that's ideally suited for families and group bookings, with 21 bedrooms having more than two beds. The rooms also include either single, double or bunkbeds and 42 are standard and 47 are premium rooms. The hotel itself is situated in a central location, a stone's throw from Houndshill Shopping Centre and Winter Gardens. It is also close to the Blackpool Tower and the town centre.
Whilst the hotel boasts a large amount of rooms, dining space and lounge bar, there's also a disused basement that could serve as more accommodation space if planning permission is obtained. Outside, there's also external seating and parking.
