She shared a funny moment from filming.
“It was really nice and there were loads of nice people there,” she continued. “You know I love people so I was chatting away – saying ‘hello’ to everyone and just being myself. Anyway at the end of most of the conversations with the people I met I was like, ‘Do you know what, everybody is so friendly. I love Hull – it’s the friendliest place.
“But then I just sat down for lunch and Dilly was like, ‘Why do you keep telling everybody you love Hull?’ I said, ‘Because it’s so nice and the people are so nice.’ Then Dilly says, ‘We’re in Lincolnshire.’ I read the wrong day in my diary – we’re in Hull in two weeks time.” Stacey subsequently apologised to all the people she met in the day, saying she “loved” Lincolnshire too before chuckling at her error.
