Neil Berriman is the biological son of the nanny murdered by Lord Lucan. This riveting film documents his investigation into the whereabouts of his mother's killer
Although Neil has always known he was adopted, it was only as an adult that he discovered his birth mother’s identity and began the investigation that would define his life. In an envelope left to him by his adopted mum, he found his birth certificate, a letter from the adoption agency and a newspaper article about Lord Lucan – it didn’t take Neil long to piece the puzzle together.
While Lucan has been “spotted” countless times over the years, no official confirmation of his whereabouts has ever surfaced, and in 2016 he was declared legally dead. But the documentary offers tantalising clues that there might still be plenty to discover.
