Lorraine Kelly hails Sam Thompson as 'extraordinary' and says he's 'changed lives' with ADHD documentary
Sam Thompson appeared on Thursday morning's segment of Lorraine to discuss his ADHD diagnosis and his new Channel 4 documentary 'Is this ADHD?'.
Talking about the future, and potentially having a baby with other half Zara McDermott, the content creator told Lorraine: "I want to be the adult, that you see everyone else being. "I feel really selfish and very self-centred, I ask myself 'why do you not seem to care about what other people are saying?' And I used to really beat myself up about it - why can't you just listen to her speak about something that's really important to her, the way she listens to you."
"Now I'm aware of it though, it's a lot easier to pinpoint what you're doing and then try and change it."Speaking about this he told Lorraine: "I've had a lot of therapy, I'm still going and I tried the medication but it wasn't for me.
