The Masked Singer host stepped in to cover for Lorraine on Thursday morning's show
Lorraine Kelly sent a playful warning to comedian Joel Dommett as he filled in for her on ITV 's Lorraine show.
In a video message from Coatbridge, Scotland, Lorraine explained that she wasn't presenting the show as she had gone to visit her mother. She expressed her gratitude to Joel, saying: "Thank you so much for doing the show. You're going to be amazing! ".She reassured him, adding: "You'll have such a great time, I have the best team ever.
While discussing his temporary gig with Andi Peters, Joel, who is a father, shared his enthusiasm: "It feels great, actually." When questioned about coping with early starts, he confidently replied: "I'm better at it now." In a throwback clip, Joel was seen joining the show via video link, noticeably underdressed. Ranvir couldn't help but comment, "You've not even put a top on," to which Joel responded, "I haven't had time! ".
