The former Strictly contestant said: “We know walking can have significant benefits for your mental and physical health.“As well as helping you stay mobile, exercise muscles and maintain a healthy weight, it’s a great stress reliever and can even help combat depression.
Dr Ranj, 43, believes everyone can take part in the challenge and fit more steps into their daily routine.
