The former Strictly star was fined in London today
Louise Redknapp has blamed the “personal trauma of divorce” as she was fined over £800 for running a red light.
Former Eternal singer Louise was hit with a £666 fine and costs of £85 and surcharge of £66 at Lavender Hill Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday afternoon.Louise and Jamie Redknapp: relationship in pictures View gallery Rebecca Penfold, who mitigated for the Strictly Come Dancing star, told the court: “She expresses her full remorse as evidenced by her early guilty plea and extends her apologies to the court through me today.
Last year Louise divorced her husband of 19 years, Jamie Redknapp, who she recently hinted now “feels like a stranger” in a song from her upcoming album. The release came after Louise, who shares sons Charley, 14, and Beau, nine, with Jamie, opened up on the split.
