Love Island reveals Ron and Lana aftermath following latest recoupling results

Samie, a mid-season bombshell, paired up with Tom, while Olivia opted for Kai.This left four people remaining, with Lana causing a massive stir by choosing Casey over Ron, to whom she has been close to throughout the whole series.
A clearly devastated Ron was picked up by Tanyel, rounding out the list of couples before the next elimination., the aftermath of the couplings was shown, with a wedge being driven between Ron and Lana. They had seemingly patched things after the events of the ‘Ladiators’ challenge, which saw Ron refer to Lana as his “queen”.
