Love Island's Casa Amor episode suffers worst ratings since it started

Love Island’s Casa Amor episode always guarantees lots of drama, however this year had the worst rating in years 😲📺

Overnight figures reportedly showed that the Winter Love Island Casa Amor episode attracted 1.3 million, a far cry from the 3.0 million that watched on during the 2022 summer series.

In the years preceding that, 2.7 million watched that season’s episode, 2.6 million in 2020, 3.6 million in 2019 and 3.8 million in 2018. However so far this season Love Island has been averaging 2.9 million viewers per episode and has attracted 85 million programme streams so far on ITVX.The Casa Amor episode was the third biggest overnight TV audience of the current season so far, and the second when viewing across all devices was taken into account.

While the summer series is generally more popular with audiences, the premiere of this season of the Winter series saw a drop of over a million viewers.
