Chris Taylor showed his rare vulnerable side in the Celebs Go Dating agent's office as he opened up about his relationship with former Love Island co-star Maura Higgins
Chris Taylor has candidly opened up about his split from former Love Island co-star, Maura Higgins . Chris, who took part in the first Love Island All-Stars series earlier this year, has turned to Celebs Go Dating on his quest to find love as he joins the latest series alongside celebs such as Helen Flanagan and Made in Chelsea’s Tristan Phipps.
Paul then asked Chris if he loved Maura to which he responded: “Yeah.” However, in a follow up, Paul asked if he felt Maura loved him, to which Chris shockingly replied: “No.”"Problem is, when we hold all of our emotion in, you've got to find a way out somewhere. And it shows up in other ways. Typically, people that are dealing with a lot of pain and a lot of repressed negative emotion will find a mask to push them through it,” Anna continued.
Maura and Chris both appeared on the 2019 series of the ITV2 dating show, however, didn’t become romantically involved until a year later. In November 2020, they went Instagram official by posting a photo from their trip away, which Chris captioned: "Turns out I fell in love with my best mate.”
