After Love Island winners Davide and Ekin Su's recent break-up, the reason behind the split has been reported, claiming Davide was the one to end things after feeling 'swamped'
Just days after their last appearance together at the Indiana Jones movie premiere in London, Love Island winners, Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Culculoglu split, shocking fans of the couple.
A source close to Davide told The Sun: “He felt swamped in the relationship, like he had totally lost his identity. He felt he was in Ekin’s shadow, with no room to grow.The source added Davide had been "wanting to end it for some time." The source alleged that the Italian hunk wasn't keen to move in with Ekin, 28, in the first place, knowing it would be harder for him to leave if he wanted to.It was Davide who took to Instagram to alert his fans of his changed love status. Sharing the sad news, he said, "Ekin-Su and I are no longer together. I am grateful for the memories and opportunities we shared together and I wish her nothing but the best.
Ekin has remained silent on the subject, and instead headed off on a trip to Bodrum, Turkey, to spend time with family. She still has her winner status with Davide from the show pinned at the top of her Instagram grid for her 3.2million followers.
