Love Island star Ellie Brown's heartache as her grandad dies age 67 following Covid battle 💔
Love Island star Ellie, 23, shared the sad news on her Instagram story as she posted a tribute to her grandfather on Tuesday 28 December.The blonde beauty re-shared a post from her mum Joanne's Instagram story, who shared a photo of Ellie's grandfather.
Writing on top of the image, Ellie's mum said: "My wonderful dad and grandad if only love could have kept you here with us my heart will hurt forever."As the Love Island star posted the share from her mum on her on Instagram story, she wrote on top: "The most hurt for you Mam, can't even imagine loosing one of my parents never mind two and I hate that you're feeling that right now , everybody is way to young".
"Covid is scary and unexpected, I'm so sorry. Love u forever" followed by a dove emoji and broken heart emoji.She added another photo of herself stood with her grandad and wrote on top: "Love you, sleep tight" followed by a crying emoji and broken heart emoji. She also shared a stunning snap of herself posing in a pair of red bikini bottoms and a cropped black jacket while in the snow.Despite her time on the series, Ellie blasted the ITV2 dating programme and claimed it was a "money-making machine".
