Love Island stars Jess White and Hugo Godfroy have spoken about their romance and time on the ITV2 dating show, as well as what was left on the cutting room floor.
Love Island 's Jess White and Hugo Godfroy have spilled the beans on their time in the villa, including Joey Essex's rule-breaking antics and their predictions for the show's winners.
However, Jess has since revealed that they resolved their issues off-camera. "We actually had numerous conversations after Hugo's chat with Ayo and we were good. That's why I'm not feeling a certain way about it because I'd moved on from it. I was aware of it but obviously, when it's not shown, you have to come out and answer a lot of questions," she explained.
"Me and Harriett actually had some amazing times together, which weren't shown because every series there's a triangle of some sort and the girls are going at each other," Jess explains. "We both gave as good as we got but the difference is I am quite strong, things don't tend to upset me. It's a shame that's the way it was portrayed but it doesn't take away from the wonderful times.
Jess also mentioned that their wardrobe choices were sometimes limited to prevent any clashes with host Maya Jama's outfits. "The night of the Casa recoupling, Maya was wearing red. Emma and Mimii wanted to wear red but they couldn't. They thought it might be a strobing situation but we now know it's because Maya was wearing red. Another night, we weren't allowed to wear black and that's when she came in wearing black.
