The TV personality, 29, proposed during a winter break at the five star Atlantis Palm in Dubai , with the lavish resort providing the backdrop for a series of subsequent photos. Showing off Scarlet's diamond encrusted engagement ring with social media followers, he wrote: 'Yesterday, today, tomorrow, I’d always choose you. Here’s to forever.
' The couple have kept a tight lid on their relationship and rarely feature together on social media - although he did publicly wish Scarlet a happy birthday in front of the Jumeriah Burj Al Arab during a previous trip to Dubai. He may well be hoping his bride-to-be knows her way around the kitchen after admitting he hasn't cooked a meal for himself in years. Taking to Instagram in March, he wrote: 'Random fact of the day - I've not cooked a meal since leaving my old home in Newcastle in 2021 (Cool or bit weird I can't work out).'
