Love Island er Sean Stone has revealed an 'ick' warning he received from his mum before jetting off to South Africa for All Stars . The ITV2 spin-off show is set to return on Monday , with Sean entering the villa alongside the likes of Whitney Adebayo , Millie Court , and Shaq Muhammad.
Sean appeared on Season 11 of the show back in 2024, landing in third place with his partner Matilda Draper. However, the pair went on to call it quits just weeks after leaving the villa . A memorable part of Sean's journey were his sweet puns and pick-up lines, inspired by his confectionery business, Sweet Delivery. Now aged 26, the reality star is ready to find love again but he's taking a fresh approach. In an exclusive chat with OK! ahead of All Stars, Sean revealed his mum's warning against the now-famous sweet puns. 'It was too cringe to be honest,' he admitted. 'My mum has put it into me and said 'Sean, just drop the sweet lines because you gave all the girls the ick within the first five minutes.'' This time around, the businessman will try to 'just be himself'. He explained: ' I think this time I really want to just go in and be myself. On nights out, I don't go up to girls saying 'Alright babe you look like a strawberry bonbon or a fizzy blue raspberry.' 'But never say never. I am a candy man, so I might drop a few lines here and there.' While the sweet lines didn't find him a long-term partner, they 'did wonders' for the business as viewers flocked to social media to find the company. As for his full game plan, the Hertford-based star intends on being less opinionated after facing critique from viewers during his last stint. In one instance, Sean was slammed for making 'snaky' comments after fellow Islander Omar Nyame was booted out of the villa. At the time, he felt that the dumping would give him a leg up in winning over Matilda, who Omar was also vying for. Reflecting on his time on the show, Sean confessed: 'I was very, very opinionated last time around on stuff that made sense in my head, but on the TV side of things may not have been portrayed in I was seeing it.' 'I am obviously going to be opinionated, but maybe to a certain degree where if it's not really affecting me just keep my business to myself,' he added.
