A Love Island star who previously dated Marcus Rashford has revealed the reasons behind their split after returning to the ITV reality show . Reports surfaced that the pair had enjoyed several dates, but the romance fizzled out as the model made a dramatic comeback to the Love Island villa. She had previously competed on the eleventh season but returned on day eight of the All Stars edition and is currently coupled up with Luca Bish.
However, fellow contestant Olivia Hawkins was aware of the connection to Rashford and inquired about it during the show. Grace clarified their relationship, stating, 'No, we were out in a group having food... We weren't dating, but we were chatting a little and texting.' She then explained that Rashford's status as one of England's most famous footballers made dating difficult due to the lack of privacy. 'It's difficult because he can't go out and just go on a normal date,' Grace admitted. She detailed the challenges, saying, 'All these f****** United fans were like commenting, thousands of comments on my pictures like, 'cause they loved me. When the article came out he scored two goals and he hadn't scored for like ages, so they said 'You fixed him!''Further elaborating on the reasons behind their split, Grace added, 'If it would have been a bit different, because he couldn’t really date, so he’d be like 'I wanna see you, just come to mine and chill with me' but I’m like, 'I don’t really wanna…' I think it went a bit weird when all the articles were coming out. I've known his brother since I was like 17 so then he was like 'na don't worry about it, he knows it's not you'.' Rashford has been linked with numerous top clubs, including Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund, and AC Milan.
