Former Love Island star Jack Fincham has avoided jail after being caught speeding down the hard shoulder whilst on a cocaine binge.
The former reality star also confessed to driving without insurance and also using false registration plates and was given a 12 weeks sentence which was suspended for 18 months, reports the Mirror. He is now banned from driving until October 2029 and was ordered to complete 250 hours of unpaid work. "It posed a risk to any vehicle on the hard shoulder at the time, and many vehicles in lane one which would have moved onto the hard shoulder to allow the emergency vehicle to pass. Eventually he stopped on the hard shoulder. He stated he had a bad morning and was going to see a friend who was in a bad way. He was driving angry and wanted to get there quick, using the hard shoulder to his advantage.
